Our team brings that same dedication to every job—treating your property with care and your items with respect. From our founding leadership to our hands-on crew members, we’re committed to doing junk removal the right way: responsibly, sustainably, and with genuine concern for the Milwaukee community we call home. Visionary
Andy Weins is the owner of Camo Crew, bringing over 20 years of military experience to his role. He is a dedicated U.S. Army Reserve Career Counselor with service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Andy is also a passionate advocate for Veterans, entrepreneurs, community engagement, individual empowerment, and the environment. His speaking engagements, consulting work, and podcasting focus on providing tactical advice and practical takeaways for business leaders.
Andy’s commitment to excellence has earned him recognition, including being named a 2024 Titan 100 in Wisconsin, 2023 Waste360 “40 Under 40” member and receiving the 2022 and 2023 Outstanding Business of the Year—Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business award.
Integrator
As Camo Crew’s Chief Operations Officer, Andrew Crum runs the company’s day-to-day activities and turns ideas into action. He joined the team when the company he founded, Junk Badger, merged with Camo Crew.
Andrew shares the Camo Crew mission of service to the community and care for the environment. He started out as a firefighter, first as a volunteer, then as a professional firefighter and paramedic. When he founded Junk Badger, he focused on minimizing landfill waste through recycling, re-use and donations.
Outside of work, Andrew pursues endurance sports by participating in or training for marathons and triathlons. He also loves spending time outdoors with his wife and kids.
Service and Logistics Coordinator
Michael plays a vital role at Camo Crew as the Service and Logistics Coordinator. He enjoys the positive work environment and the opportunity to interact with people daily, both within the team and with clients and partners. Michael’s favorite aspects of his job are the new challenges it brings and the chance to engage with others in an impactful way. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with good company.
Project Manager
Casey is the Project Manager at Camo Crew, drawn to the team by its culture and commitment to responsible material disposal. His favorite part of the job is the variety, as each day brings new challenges and experiences. Referred to as Hercules by his colleagues, Casey’s strength and leadership are evident in his role. Outside of work, he finds happiness in spending time with friends and family.
Business Administrator
Emmy is an integral part of the Camo Crew team, serving as the lead of admin for the past four years. She is passionate about the company’s constant efforts toward growth and the entire team’s involvement in company initiatives. Emmy enjoys the fun and hardworking nature of the team. Outside of work, Emmy trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and pursues her passion for art. She finds happiness in traveling and exploring new places.
Business Development Manager
Chris plays a crucial role as the Business Development Manager at Camo Crew, driven by his passion for helping people and making a positive impact on the local community. He finds great fulfillment in knowing that their work benefits both people and the environment, and he enjoys spreading the word about their mission. In his free time, Chris unwinds by surfing in the Great Lakes and supporting his friends and family.
Director of People
Mitchell serves as the Director of People at Camo Crew, where he focuses on building strong teams and supporting the growth of employees across the company. He enjoys recruiting new people to Camo Crew, helping team members develop and progress in their careers, and tackling complex challenges to find effective solutions. Mitchell also takes pride in contributing to the culture of the organization and helping create an environment where people can succeed and grow together. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and slow-pitch softball, spending time with his dog, and running a recreational sports business on the side.
Content & Marketing Specialist
Eddie serves as the Content & Marketing Specialist at Camo Crew, where he focuses on capturing and sharing the story of the company through creative media. He enjoys creating new film and photo content and has a strong passion for videography. Eddie takes pride in seeing his work help showcase the people, projects, and culture that make Camo Crew unique. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time playing drums for his band.
