Compensation: $40,000-45,000/year
Position Purpose
As a Content Guru & Marketing Coordinator at Camo Crew, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing strategies that showcase our mission to recover, repurpose, and reduce landfill waste. You’ll own content creation and graphic design, manage social channels, and manage marketing activities across multiple platforms—from emails to events. Your work will drive leads, strengthen our brand, and tell the story of a company built on hard work, community, and environmental impact.
Required Skills
Content Creation: Video, photo, blog, and email content that informs, entertains, and converts.
Social Media Management: Post, engage, and grow audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media.
Graphic Design: Canva proficiency (Adobe Suite a plus).
Communication: Clear and compelling verbal/written communication; professional tone.
Relationship Building: Develop trust with prospects and clients through effective communication and candid reputation building content.
Problem Solving: Identify issues and implement solutions.
Organization: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Meet deadlines.
Email & Text Marketing: Segment audiences and run campaigns that deliver results.
Review Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
Event Coordination: Support Business Development in organizing events at Camo Crew.
Time Management: Able to juggle projects with tight turnarounds.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to improve and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
SEO & Web: Ability to learn how to optimize web content for search.
Tools: Strong desire to learn and adapt to new AI tools for all use cases. Proficiency with Asana, Hubspot, and Gsuite platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute to strategy sessions.
Maintain the Asana board for all marketing initiatives, tasks, and deliverables.
Assist in quarterly planning and post-campaign analysis.
Assist Visionary in branding and reputation management.
Social Media
Build and manage a monthly content calendar for Camo Crew and Andy Weins’ personal brand.
Shoot, edit, and post reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
Track performance and engagement, making weekly adjustments.
Interact with followers and community accounts.
Understand Facebook Ads
Content & SEO
Publish 4 blog articles per month focused on junk removal, reuse, and industry best practices.
Maintain and optimize GMB listings across locations. (Preferred)
Help update landing pages and improve web visibility.(Preferred)
Learn SEO best practices.
Understand basic digital ads - Google. (Preferred)
Email & Text Campaigns
Segment audience lists by service type and geography.
Build monthly promotional emails and weekly updates.
Track open rates, clicks, and sales from each campaign.
Graphic Design
Design marketing materials for social, print, and email.
Design swag, collateral and employee uniforms, order and maintain stocked items.
Keep branding consistent across all platforms and formats.
Review & Reputation Management
Oversee all review replies across platforms (Google, Yelp, BBB).
Use tools like NiceJob to request and automate review collection.
Work with teams to resolve negative reviews and public complaints.
Events & Awards
Attend networking events (including evening and weekend events) and support Business Development Manager.
Capture content at in-house and public events.
Assist in coordinating logistics, signage, and promotion.
Research and submit at least 2 industry awards annually.

Email Revenue: $7,500/month from email promotions
Facebook Followers: Grow to 4,000 followers by EOY 2025
Instagram Followers: Grow to 1,000 followers by EOY 2025
LinkedIn Followers: Grow to 1,000 followers by EOY 2025
Google Reviews: Reach 2,000 reviews with 4.9+ average rating by EOY 2025
Content: Post daily on multiple platforms
Blog Output: 52 blog posts/year
Award Submissions: Submit 2+ per year
