This Isn't Just a Job. It's a Standard
Join the Mission
Camo Crew is a veteran-owned team serving Southeast Wisconsin through meaningful work, strong values, and disciplined execution. We’re not looking for warm bodies. We’re looking for people who want to grow, who take pride in doing difficult things well, and who want to be part of a team that holds each other accountable. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Your Future
Work That Matters. A Team That Shows Up.
At Camo Crew, we don’t just haul away clutter.
We support people through life’s biggest transitions:
- After a loss
- During a move
- When downsizing
- When starting over
We bring peace of mind during stressful moments. That requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, and physical effort.
This work matters. And the people who do it matter even more.
Who Thrives Here
You can succeed at Camo Crew when you:
- Show up on time - every time
- Take feedback without ego
- Hold yourself to high standards
- Care how customers experience our service
- Want responsibility, without excuses
- Prefer small business transparency over corporate politics
We Keep Up to 80% of Items Out of the Landfill
Our 5-Phase Recovery Process™
We don’t just pick up your belongings and haul them to the dump. Every item we collect is brought back to our 27,000 sq. ft. sorting facility in Butler, where our crew hand-sorts materials to find the best possible outcome. It’s a process built on respect — for your belongings, our community, and the environment.
Reduce
Our trucks run in pairs, giving us greater capacity to complete jobs while driving fewer miles, reducing wear on the road and burning less fuel.
Reuse
Items we remove often find new life within our own business. From tools to furniture to décor, we add value and life back into those products.
Repurpose
We partner with Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, and others across Southeast Wisconsin to bring usable items back into the community at affordable prices.
Recycle
When items can’t be reused or repurposed, we recycle. Books, paper, electronics, tires, batteries, and mattresses are all processed through certified recycling partners.
Responsible Disposal
When no other option exists, we dispose of items properly — including materials like fluorescent bulbs, hazardous chemicals, and other items that don’t belong in a landfill.
