Two independent, environmentally focused business owners form new partnership

Junk Badger Junk Removal has merged with Camo Crew Junk Removal, bringing two independently owned, environmentally focused businesses together to better serve the community as Camo Crew Junk Removal. Andrew Crum, who founded Junk Badger in 2022, will become a Camo Crew’s Chief Operations Officer and partner with owner Andy Weins for future growth.

“Andrew has a wealth of knowledge, has built a great reputation, and cares about the environment,” said Weins. “It’s a great fit.” The two partners also share a passion for serving our community: Weins has served our country in the U.S. Army Reserves for over 20 years, while Crum spent 10 years serving local communities as a professional firefighter in Menomonee Falls, Watertown, and West Allis.

Crum said the move is “an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.” In addition to expanding his capacity to donate, recycle and re-use materials with Camo Crew’s warehouse facilities, the new role expands his capacity to lead. “I loved being a firefighter, and now I’m ready to take on a larger role within the junk removal industry and my community.”

Crum reached out to Weins after listening to Weins’ “Trash Talk Business Podcast.” As the two got to know each other, they realized the benefits of a partnership. “We’re a couple of business owners who got together and decided they could be stronger together,” said Weins.

I would recommend Camo Crew for any junk removal. It was so easy to get an estimate. Also the crew that came were very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. The Camo Crew arrived on time, Leo & Will proceeded to bring all of our heavy furniture items carefully up our stairs and out to their large truck. They were extremely efficient!
It was very easy to submit an estimate request form from their website. I uploaded description & pictures of our items. I was contacted by a crew member within minutes to discuss scheduling the pickup (the very next day!) and was given the cost estimate over the phone, followed by a written estimate by email.
We are return customers (used them to move items from my mother’s home) and will always recommend The Camo Crew

From the estimate process through the clean out today, I was very impressed with their professionalism and competence. Communication was excellent and on time. We’ve hired Camo Crew twice for large jobs (once last year for a commercial property cleanout and again just last week for a residential project) and both experiences were excellent.

Each time, the crew arrived on time and ready to work. The men had friendly, hardworking attitudes. They took the time to walk through the job with me beforehand and then got to work. The crew was approachable and communicated with me throughout the job.

Their pricing is transparent, and I felt well-informed and comfortable with any adjustments that came up once they were onsite.

They were excellent I had to call several times and everyone was friendly and kind I had to go back to apartment and then even got something out of the recycling for me I would use them again

The 4 guys were really nice and worked very hard to clear our attic and prepare it for insulation to be sprayed-in. They did a great job and totally cleaned up everything. We will definitely have them back when we clean out the basement.
